Restaurant Style Palak Paneer
Ingredients
- 250 gms Spinach (Palak) blanched
- 200 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 4 Cups Water for blanching
- 1 medium Onion
- 7-8 garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Cup Water for gravy
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt as per taste
- Fresh Cream for Garnish
Instructions
- Boil some water and add washed Palak leaves into it.
- Add Salt into it.
- Turn off the fire and cool the blanched Palak by adding it in cold water
- Now take it in a blender and make a puree of it.
- Keep the pureed palak aside.
- Take a Pan, and add Oil in it.
- Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 mins.
- Now add chopped Onion.
- Fry the onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes.
- Now add the pureed Palak.
- Add some blanched palak water or plain water into it.
- Add turmeric powder and chilli powder.
- Add Garam Masala into the Pan.
- Add Cumin powder and stir.
- Add Salt as per taste.
- Cook for some time and let it boil.
- Add Paneer into the gravy and cook until Paneer is soft.
- Add milk into the gravy to enhance the flavor.
- Now boil the gravy for some time and turn off the fire.
- Garnish with heavy cream on the top of the gravy.

Now boil the gravy for sometime(till milk combines) and turn off the flame
