Boil some water and add washed Palak leaves into it.
Add Salt into it.
Turn off the fire and cool the blanched Palak by adding it in cold water
Now take it in a blender and make a puree of it.
Keep the pureed palak aside.
Take a Pan, and add Oil in it.
Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 mins.
Now add chopped Onion.
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes.
Now add the pureed Palak.
Add some blanched palak water or plain water into it.
Add turmeric powder and chilli powder.
Add Garam Masala into the Pan.
Add Cumin powder and stir.
Add Salt as per taste.
Cook for some time and let it boil.
Add Paneer into the gravy and cook until Paneer is soft.
Add milk into the gravy to enhance the flavor.
Now boil the gravy for some time and turn off the fire.
Garnish with heavy cream on the top of the gravy.
