- We will need 3 Alphonso Mangoes for this recipe. We prefer Alphonso Mangoes since they are very delicious and unique in taste
- Take the pulp of the mangoes in a pressure Cooker
- Add water in the pressure cooker till it covers the pulp fully
- Pressure cook the pulp for 2 whistles
- Once it is cooked, open the pressure cooker and add sugar as per your taste. The pulp should have good amount of sugar in it, so that the Popsicle tastes good
- Switch on the flame and cook the pulp till it becomes little thick
- After the pulp gets thick, switch off the flame and let it cool down completely
- After the pulp is cooled, grind the pulp to smooth paste
- Now, its time to filter the pulp for any lumps or mango strands
- After the pulped is filtered, it is time to add water and make it a thick mango juice. Note that it should not be too thick. Check notes if you think you have added less sugar

Notes
- This recipe tastes best when you use Alphonso Mangoes.
- The measurement of Sugar and water is entirely based on how you would like the Popsicle to taste.
- After the Mango juice is prepared, if you feel the sugar is less, you can add at this point. Alternatively, instead of adding only sugar or only water, you can add sugar syrup - add sugar in water and heat it till the sugar is dissolved in water.
