Bel ka Sharbat | Wood Apple drink recipe

Bel Sharbat

Bel ka Sharbat or Bel Juice or Wood Apple juice is a Summer drink which is very healthy and refreshing. It is very easy to make. It has good health benefits too. We have made a sweeter version of Bel juice. You can make a salty version too.

Variations

We have added Jaggery for sweetness, you can replace it with Sugar too. Even half jaggery and half quantity of sugar can be added. Salt can beĀ  replaced with Black Salt. This is entirely according to your taste, you can change the recipe. We have boiled the Wood Apple pulp since it was a little hard(we just got this variety of Wood Apple from where we live. North India has a different variety of Wood Apple) and boiling does make the extraction of juice from pulp easy.
