Prawn Ghee Roast
Ingredients
- 1 Sprig Curry leaves
- 3 tbsp Oil for frying
For Marination
- 700 gms Prawns
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kasturi Methi Crushed
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
How to prepare Prawn Ghee roast
- Marinate Prawns with all the powdered masala and Salt.
- Add Ginger garlic Paste.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Now add lime juice and mix again.
- Add crushed Kasturi methi and combine again.
- Add ghee and combine to get an excellent flavor in your dish.
- Keep it aside for 30 mins or more.
- Add Oil in the Non-Stick Pan.
- Add curry leaves and fry to 1 min on low flame.
- Add the marinated Prawns in the pan and leave for it to fry for 2 mins. After 2 mins turn the Prawns and let it fry on the other side also for same time.
- Keep stirring and cook on high flame.
- Prawn will start absorbing Masala and leave only oil.
- Keep stirring until the Oil absorbs and prawn starts roasting.
- When the Prawn starts roasting and changing it colour turn off the fire.
- Prawn Roast is now ready to serve.
