Ingredients
1Sprig Curry leaves
3tbspOil for frying
For Marination
700gmsPrawns
2tspGinger Garlic Paste
1tspGaram Masala
1/2tspCumin Powder
1/2tspChilli Powder
1/4tspTurmeric Powder
1tspKasturi Methi Crushed
3tbspLime Juice
3tbspGhee
Salt as per taste
Instructions
How to prepare Prawn Ghee roast
Marinate Prawns with all the powdered masala and Salt.
Add Ginger garlic Paste.
Combine all the ingredients.
Now add lime juice and mix again.
Add crushed Kasturi methi and combine again.
Add ghee and combine to get an excellent flavor in your dish.
Keep it aside for 30 mins or more.
Add Oil in the Non-Stick Pan.
Add curry leaves and fry to 1 min on low flame.
Add the marinated Prawns in the pan and leave for it to fry for 2 mins. After 2 mins turn the Prawns and let it fry on the other side also for same time.
Keep stirring and cook on high flame.
Prawn will start absorbing Masala and leave only oil.
Keep stirring until the Oil absorbs and prawn starts roasting.
When the Prawn starts roasting and changing it colour turn off the fire.
Prawn Roast is now ready to serve.
Notes
Tip: Prawn Ghee Roast is cooked with Oil in this recipe, but was marinated with Ghee. You can also use Ghee to fry the marinated Prawns.
