For Chicken Marination
500gmsChickenBoneless
2tspCoriander powder
1 1/2tspGinger garlic pasteor more, as per taste
1tspCumin Powder
1tspChilli Powder
1/4tspTurmeric Powder
1/2tsp Garam Powder
1Egg
SaltAs per taste
OatsFor Coating Chicken after marination
For Oats Chicken Deep frying
OilFor deep frying
Instructions
How to Prepare Juicy Oats chicken
Chicken Marination
Take washed chicken in a bowl
Add Ginger garlic paste
Add Turmeric Powder
Add Cumin Powder
Add Coriander Powder
Add Chilli Powder
Add Garam Masala
Add Salt
Add Egg and mix all the ingredients with chicken and keep the marinade aside for 40 mins
After 40 mins, Coat the chicken with Oats, Do not add oats powder, only dry Oatmeal, else you will get the powdery taste of Oats when you eat the chicken
Deep Frying Oats Coated Chicken
Take Oil in a pan. Add enough oil for deep frying
Add the Oats Coated Chicken
Deep Fry Chicken till the brown color appears or till chicken cooks
Remove from heat and Serve hot
Notes
Do not add oats powder, only dry Oatmeal, else you will get the powdery taste of Oats when you eat the chicken. Also, fry the chicken well, till brown layer appear, the chicken need not be crispy. It tastes juicy.
