Butter Chicken Gravy is delicious North Indian gravy which is prepared with tomato and other ingredients to bring out rich flavor into it.

Instructions
How to prepare Butter Chicken at Home
Boil water in a pan.
Take all the below ingredients.
Chop all the tomatoes as per below before adding it in the boiling water.
Add all the ingredients in the water.
After 10 mins, check if the ingredients are soft and turn off the fire
Now Strain the water and cool all the ingredients and take it in a mixer jar.
Make the paste of the blanched ingredients.
Add Oil in a Pan.
Add sliced Onions in the Pan.
Add ginger garlic paste once the onions turn golden brown.
Fry it for 1-2 mins.
Add the ground masala in the Pan.
Add some water into the masala.
Add turmeric powder.
Now add garam masala, jeera powder and coriander powder into the pan.
Add Salt as per taste. Add Kitchen king masala and bring it to boil.
Add Kitchen king masala and bring it to boil.
Add Chicken into the pan.
Mix chicken into the masala and cook for around 10 mins with closed lid.
Add butter into the gravy
Now boil the chicken until fully cooked.
Add Butter again and a pinch of sugar once the chicken is cooked.
Butter Chicken is now ready to serve. Serve hot with Ghee Rice or Paratha.
Notes
Note: Add more chilies if you want your Butter chicken gravy to be a little spicy. Also you can garnish with crushed Kasoori Methi
