Prepare the below ingredients for Fish masala
Take tamarind - sized should be of a medium lemon. The lemon need not be soaked in water
Take the fish ingredients along with tamarind in a mixture jar. Grind them till it becomes fine paste
Finely chop Onion and tomato
Take a pan. Heat oil in it
Fry onion till it becomes translucent
Add tomatoes and fry till it becomes little mushy
Add the fine paste of masala in the pan.
Add water and give it a good boil
Add Fish to the pan. Close the lid of the pan and give it a good boil.
Your fish curry is ready. Serve hot
