Now, Heat a pan and add oil
Add ghee
Add Fennel seeds and pepper corns, and fry well
Now add small onions and fry them till translucent
Add curry leaves and fry well
Add Ginger garlic paste, fry till the raw aroma of the paste disappears
Add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and mix well
Add Salt as required and stir well
Add the stock from the cooked lamb shanks and mix well. Give it a boil, so that it blends well with the other ingredients
Add Pepper powder and mix well
Add Mutton Nalli | Lamb Shanks in the pan and mix well
Cook well, till the Mutton Nalli | Lamb Shanks becomes a Roast
Once it becomes a Roast, you can Garnish with Coriander Leaves. Serve Hot.
