Ingredients

  • 4-5 Red Chillies (lal mirch)
  • 1 small Onion (pyaz)
  • 5-6 Garlic Cloves (lasun)
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds (dhania)
  • 1 tsp Tamarind (imli)
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi powder)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Fish of your choice
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

How to prepare Tangy and Spicy Fish Fry

    For Fish Fry masala

    • Take a Mixer Jar and add all the above mentioned ingredients into it. Add water too
    • Make a dry thick paste or masala.
    • Apply the masala over the fish, in between the cuts, inside the fish and keep it aside for 15 mins. 

    For Fish Fry

    • Add Oil into the Pan and heat it for 3-4 mins in small flame.
    • Add the marinated fish and fry both the sides of the fish till it is cooked
    • Now the fish is ready to serve. 

    Notes

    Tip: You can also make a cut on the back of the fish and apply the masala into it.
