How to prepare Tangy and Spicy Fish Fry
For Fish Fry masala
Take a Mixer Jar and add all the above mentioned ingredients into it. Add water too
Make a dry thick paste or masala.
Apply the masala over the fish, in between the cuts, inside the fish and keep it aside for 15 mins.
For Fish Fry
Add Oil into the Pan and heat it for 3-4 mins in small flame.
Add the marinated fish and fry both the sides of the fish till it is cooked
Now the fish is ready to serve.
Notes
Tip: You can also make a cut on the back of the fish and apply the masala into it.
