Ingredients
3tbspGhee
50gmsPistachios
50gmsAlmondsor Badam
100gmsThin Semiyanor Vermicelli
1ltMilk
3/4cupSugar
3tbspCondensed milk
2pinchCardamon Powder
pinchSalt
Instructions
Chop Pistachios and Almonds very fine, or as per your thickness
Take a pan. Heat ghee in it. Add the nuts in the pan and fry for 2-3 mins.

Check the pic for Thin semiyan used for the kheer
Toast the Semiyan in ghee till they become slightly brown as shown below.
Add milk to the above mixture and stir.
Add sugar and some more ghee to the mixture. Stir well. Let it boil for 4-5 mins
Add a pinch of salt
Add milkmaid or Condensed milk to the mixture and stir well
Now add cardamon powder
Add Pistachios and Almonds
Stir well. Let them blend well for 2-4 mins. Serve hot.
Notes
Tip: This recipe can also include peda, khoya etc., instead of milkmaid which will also give you a rich flavor in Semiya Kheer. We will also include this in our website in future for you to get a clearer idea on the recipe.
