Marinate Chicken with all the powder masala's and lime juice for atleast 1 hour.
Add Oil in a kadai.
Add Onions and fry until golden brown.
After the Onions turn slightly golden brown, add diced Capsicum
Fry until the capsicum changes its color as shown below
Now add the marinated chicken in the kadai.
Combine them together. Do not let it dry. Add some oil if required
Keep stirring slowly.
After some time the chicken starts leaving water.
At this stage close the lid and let the chicken cook in the same water.
Add 2 tsp ghee, it gives a good flavor to the chicken
Cook till the chicken is in dry consistency, if required or else turn off, if you prefer semi gravy capsicum chicken. Serve with Pulao.
