Take the chicken in a vessel, Add Garlic Paste (we would need one full medium sized garlic pod, made into paste), Chilli flakes, turmeric powder, salt, Chicken65 masala (We have used store brought , you can take any Chicken65 masala). Let the marination rest for 30 mins
Heat a pan and add oil
Add all the spices - Cinnamon, green cardamon, star anise, bay leaves, cloves and fry till aromatic fragrance releases
Add Dried red chillies and fry them for few secs
Add chopped garlic and fry till they turn slightly brown. This way the garlic flavor will be strong enough to taste like a Garlic recipe
Add finely chopped onions and fry till it translucent
Add Turmeric powder and stir well
Add marinated chicken and mix the chicken well in the pan
Cover and cook for 2 mins for the current flavors to mix well
Add chilli powder for more spice - if you prefer little less spice then skip this step
Cover and cook for 2 mins
Now Add tomato puree and mix it well
Add Capsicum slices and mix well
Cover and cook for 10 more mins
Open and mix well and add water
Cover and cook till the chicken is completely cooked
Now for the roast, open the lid and cook for few more secs, stirring continuously till you get the roast structure or till all the water evaporates
